We are a Danish legaltech company, authorised as a debt collection agency, and have already helped more than 410,000 travellers get their rightful compensation.

About Refundmore
From start-up to international growth company
Flyhjælp was founded in 2014 by three young mates from Odense and has since grown into a company with around 50 employees working from a large and bright office at Kløvermarken in Copenhagen. However, the need for Refundmore extended far beyond Denmark's borders, and in 2017 we expanded to Sweden and Norway under the names Flyghjälp and Flyhjelp. At the end of 2019, we expanded further to Finland with Lentoapu.
In 2021, we became part of the Flightright Group, which has strengthened our position as one of the leading players in Europe within air passenger rights. As part of a larger international group, we have even better opportunities to secure our customers' rights across borders.

As part of the Allright Group and owned by Flightright, we work closely together to secure compensation for air travellers across Europe. We have taken cases all the way to the Supreme Court in both Denmark and Sweden and have access to courts across Europe.
